Seen Finance displays targeted ads across websites based on browsing history. Interest-based advertising includes ads served to you after you leave our Website, encouraging you to return.

- Control mobile device advertising settings
Tracking Technologies
Seen uses tracking tools to:

Limitations: Blocking tracking tools may disable certain features. Choices are browser and device-specific.
Continued advertising: Opting out of interest-based ads doesn't eliminate all Seen Finance advertising.

Seen retains personal data as long as necessary for the practices described or as required by law. Retention determination factors:

Financial records: Customer applications, statements, and payments retained minimum seven years per regulatory requirements.
Mobile App Accounts
Users can request account deletion via email (help@seen.com) or through app settings. Deleting the Mobile App will not delete your Seen Finance account, and we will need to maintain such information to service your account.
Children
Our Online Services are meant for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13 without permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Security Standards
To protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, we use security measures that comply with federal law, including computer safeguards and controls. However, the Internet is not 100% secure.
